However late checkout can be booked in advance until 6pm at 50% of the nightly room rate. . After this time a full night’s room rate applies. If late checkout is requested directly by the guest while on property rack rates apply)
• Child Policy: Infant (below the age of 2) utilizing a cot will be provided free of charge. Child between 2-11 years of age sharing a room with parents and using existing bedding will stay free of charge. Additional children sharing a room or suite with parents (if capacity allows) will be charged at the extra person rate
• Airport Transfer at EUR35 plus tax 10% and service charge at 10% per car per way

Deposit Policy:

• 1 Night Deposit required at time of reservation. Refundable if within cancellation Policy

• 1 Night Deposit (refundable if cancelled within cancellation policy).
• Cancellation with less than 14-days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% of the full duration of stay.
• Cancellation with less than 7-days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date, including no-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the full duration of stay.
